Would you show this trailer to the plant manager? If not, you are not unloading yet.
- 02As you go
Trash in a bag. Tape off the same day. Cords off the dirt.
- 03Details
Cove, drains, door tracks, cut-in, holidays. The middle is not the job.
- 04Lead last out
Walk it like 6 a.m. inspection. Photo the leave-behind on high-profile sites.
- 05Equipment
Load like C03.02. Tools cleaned and in their one home. No 'we'll get it in the morning' for straps.
Never
- They know construction is messy.
- Cleanup is for the laborer.
- The floor looks fine from the door.
Escalate if
- Customer is watching a dented or dirty unload.
- You would not show Eric the photo.
