    Sheet vs spec vs finish schedule, clouded.

    Propose a path

    Make it easy to say yes.

    Need-by date

    Tied to sequence, not 'ASAP.'

    Log + chase

    If it ages past need-by, tell Eric with the delay cost.

Never

  • Hide an RFI in a 12-topic email.
  • Ask the owner around the GC if the contract forbids it.

Escalate if

  • Silence is about to idle a crew.
  • The answer changes price or time.
