Fact, impact, next check time. No apology novel. No 'we'll see how it goes.'
- 04Huddle
Crew lead + office. Restart only when the condition is gone and the file says so.
Never
- Apply over a red reading.
- Let a visitor walk the wet edge.
- Restart because the GC is loud.
Escalate if
- Injury.
- You are being told to ignore a reading.
- Wrong chemical system is already on the floor.
