Ship Date, On-site Delivery Date, Install Start Date, Completion Date. Use the quick-pick chips rather than typing where they fit.

Subcontractor or Internal Crew. Nothing else is accepted.

AIA / GC — Retainage Applies, or Direct Owner / End User — No Retainage.

What each gated field means, and a good answer

| Ship Date | When material leaves the supplier. | A real date you have from the order, not a guess. |
| On-site Delivery Date | When material lands at the customer. | Far enough before install that a late truck does not idle a crew. |
| Install Start Date | When the crew mobilises. | Agreed with the customer, not aspirational. |
| Completion Date | When the work finishes. | Realistic — this prints on the Work Order and the crew works to it. |
| Work Type | Whether labour dollars appear on the Work Order at all. Subcontractor carries the price; Internal Crew never shows it. | Subcontractor or Internal Crew. The system may not guess this. |
