C07 Site Visits & Punch Lists

C07.01

Getting in

The site visit app runs in your phone's browser and installs to your home screen. You sign in with your company email and a six-digit code — there is no password and no Zoho login.

  • Sign in with your @mavtechsol.com email and the emailed code
  • Put the app on your home screen
  • Know what your sign-in opens, and what it does not

First sign-in

  1. 01
    Open the link

mav-field-forms.pages.dev/assess/ — in Safari on an iPhone, Chrome on Android.

  2. 02
    Type your company email

Your @mavtechsol.com address. Personal email addresses are refused.

  3. 03
    Enter the code

A six-digit code arrives from Cloudflare (noreply@notify.cloudflare.com). Check spam the first time. You stay signed in for 30 days.

  4. 04
Add it to your home screen

iPhone: Share, then Add to Home Screen. Android: the ⋮ menu, then Add to Home screen or Install app. It then opens full screen like any other app.

What your sign-in opens

A field sign-in sees one button: New site visit / punch list.

Takeaways

  • Link: mav-field-forms.pages.dev/assess/ — company email, six-digit code, signed in for 30 days.
  • Nothing in the site visit app or the Work Order app shows pricing.
  • Everything you enter is saved on the phone until you sync, so a dead zone on site costs you nothing.
