- 03Match the PO
Number, address, backup they asked for at award.
- 04Send + confirm
Portal upload or AP email. Confirm receipt.
- 05AR log
Amount, retainage, follow-up date.
Never
- Bill the superintendent's Gmail and hope.
- Round extras into the base.
Escalate if
- Short-pay.
- Portal rejected.
- AP says they never got it and we are past terms.
