Holder legal name and address, project, limits, AI language, deadline.

nickh@wediginsurance.com, CC MichelleG@wediginsurance.com and Controller. Subject: COI Request — [GC] — [Project] — Needed by [Date].
- 03Verify before forward
Named Insured is 25911 Northline Commerce Dr, Suite 306, Taylor, MI 48180. Reject Farmington Hills or Golfcrest.
- 04File + register
OneDrive Maverick COIs folder. Zoho Creator COI Register. Monday 45-day expiration report.
Never
- Edit a certificate.
- Send last job's COI with the wrong additional insured.
- Wait until Friday afternoon.
Escalate if
- Limits exceed what we carry.
- Broker has not returned 7 days before expiration.
