Owner, GC, salesperson, or inspector walks toward the wet edge or the mix.

Voice first. Body if needed. Mix zone is ours while we own the task.

No boots, no tour. Sales is not exempt.
- 03Photos with permission
Lots and readings over hero shots. No other-trade faces without a reason.
- 04Daily
Name the visitor. Time in / out.
Never
- Wave them in because they own the building.
- Hand a visitor a roller.
- Film a mix for social without the lead.
Escalate if
- They refuse to stop.
- A visitor is already in the wet film.
