Record the conditions
Lighting, climate and other trades decide most disputes after the fact. The conditions screen takes under a minute and goes on page one of the report.
- Read the outdoor conditions with one tap
- Record inside temperature, humidity and slab temperature
- Record lighting, climate control and who else is working
Conditions
- 01Outdoor
Tap "Get outdoor conditions here" and allow location. Temperature, humidity and sky fill in with the station name and time. No signal? Type them.
- 02Inside the building
Air temperature and relative humidity from your meter. The app works out the dew point.
- 03Slab surface temperature
From your surface thermometer. The app shows how many degrees the slab is above the inside dew point. Compare it with the product's own requirement — see C04.
- 04Lighting
Permanent, Temporary, Daylight only or Mixed.
- 05Climate control
Controlled, Not controlled or Unknown.
- 06Other trades working / Work area clear
Yes or No for each, plus a note if it matters.

Takeaways
- "Get outdoor conditions here" reads the nearest National Weather Service station from your phone's location.
- Inside air temperature and humidity give the dew point; the slab temperature shows how far above it the floor is.
- Temporary lighting, no climate control and other trades in the area are exactly what gets argued later. Record them.
