    One message. Not a group-chat novel. Ask for a PCO / written proceed.

    Tell the asker

    I can log it. I cannot install it without a written proceed. You'll have a same-day answer.

    File

    Daily + extras log. If they press, stand. Pressure is not new information.

Never

  • Do it for the relationship.
  • Price it yourself on the slab.
  • Invoice from memory on Friday.

Escalate if

  • They threaten to throw us off site.
  • The extra touches a life-safety or hygienic detail.
